Today we did something a little different. Instead of having a specific host, as they had time, members of the team each randomly chose a shop or two and posted them in the Sneak Attack thread of the day.
We are promoting them over the next 24 hours.

Meet Rosella

Rosella from PaintedMemoriesByRos is the Captain of our team - HandmadeMovement.

Ros, as we affectionately call her, started our team a little over 4 years ago. The goal:  to support independent artisans who are trying to sell their wares online.

Working more in the background, Ros keeps the team going, is always positive and loves to promote it's members.

Ros also has a way with photoshop - actually you should call her a 'guru'!!

An artist in her own right - she paints  the most beautiful scenes - many in black and white, others in color. Taking her images further - she creates greeting cards, framed paintings and is now dabbling in digital downloads.

One of Ros's most popular images is this dancer - she has appeared on fabric in a variety of creations!

Ros also has another shop - StickersNStuffByRos, for banners, stickers of all kinds and so much more to use for your business.

Meet Susanne

Susanne from SussesSpindehjrne is hosting our sneak attack today at 4pm Etsy time.

One of our international members, Susanne works full time, hand-dyes and hand-spins yarn, as well as participate in our team. Have no idea how she manages to do it all and still make such wonderful creations as this pair of warm socks!

Susanne is also having a spring sale in her shop - great timing - you can shop and save money at the same time.

Meet Mary and Amanda

Mary from ElementalFiberworks and Amanda from CuteNCurlyBowtique are co-hosting our sneak attack today at 3pm.

Mary is a fairly new member and Amanda a seasoned one always willing to help where needed!

Mary is a gal after my own heart - I just love all kinds of fiber. And while I don't dye or spin yarn, I love to see the results of either or both! It takes a special talent to find just the right combinations of colors, and this is what Mary says it takes:

Spinning fiber meets dyes inspired by the elements, chemistry, science, and other awesome natural phenomena!

I love this color - don't you - be sure to read how she got her inspiration for it.

I love the knack for using fabric and ribbons that Amanda has. You can find her creations for every season of the year and every age! These are so cute - makes me wish I had long hair.

Meet Virginia

Virginia from MadeByHand is hosting our sneak attack today at 3pm. A frequent hostess, Virginia has a knack for finding very creative new Etsy shops. Ask her - she will tell you how she does it!

Virginia spends a lot of time traveling with hubby - both are retired. And during those travels, Virginia loves to crochet for charity. While her shop is not active right now - you might want to take a look at the things she has made in the past. I'm always getting good ideas for new creations in my shop. For example - don't you just love this scarf?

I haven't mastered the art of crocheting in a moving car :D But I enjoy seeing the items that she has made over the last 4 years. Maybe if you ask - she' make something for you!

Meet Monika and Amanda

Monika from TobisiasLilThing and Amanda from CuteNCurlyBowtique are co-hosting our sneak attack today at 3pm.

Monika is a relatively new member, and Amanda has been a member for quite awhile. Together I know they will make a great team! Both love paying it forward by helping others.

I asked both these members what their favorite creation was and why.

Monika says:

My orange earrings :) One of my friends has earrings which were inspiration for this pair :) Her earrings are silver with beautiful lampwork beads I never saw before. I wanted to make something similar, but not exactly the same and made some for myself too.

Amanda says:

I recently made custom Disney inspired mini hats for a customer running the Disney 5k of the Three Good Fairies; Flora, Fauna, & Merryweather. These are my favorite because the possibilities are endless! :)

Meet Charlie

Charlie from TearfulTenshi is hosting our sneak attack today at 2pm. One of our members from across the pond - Charlie doesn't get the chance to host often, so when she does we are very excited - as she always finds the cutest new Etsy shops for us to surprise!

I've been asking our hosts what their favorite creation is and why. Charlie's is a work in progress.

It would be my first charm bracelet in the start to my new jewelry collection which isn't online yet.

Why?

I've been making jewelry as long as I can remember, from the age of 6 I would sit outside my house selling homemade jewelry. 

It's been great using beads, some of which I have had for 17 years now.

The birdy charm bracelet is my first time making charms and i simply love it, Its very simple yet affective and I am rather proud that I can finally create such beautiful things.
