Since it is the 4th of July week and because the following week (July 9-16 or so) Andrea has a big work project that she has to concentrate on, Andrea and I thought it would be fun to post the list of all the shops that have been Sneaked upon this year so far and let you all promote them as you have time.

Here's the list:

Meet Christine

Christine from MCBDdesigns is hosting our sneak attack today at 2pm Etsy time. She loves to host and always has a very unique way of presenting her clues.

See our host:

Here I am, beading at my Mac desk. I bead everywhere in the house . . . one of the things I enjoy about beading is that it is very mobile, like poetry, unlike quilting and mixed media art

Be sure to visit Christine's shop - you will find beaded jewelry, and creations that use canvas, paper, plastic, glitter, charms and so much more.

Come join us in our sneak attack thread and see if you can guess who Christine's victims will be.

Meet Theresa

Theresa from KraftyGrannysHome is hosting our sneak attack today at 2pm Etsy time.

Theresa has been sewing since the age of 12. And she just keeps getting better. Here she is creating something at one of her sewing machines. I think she's worn out a few with all the sewing that she does!

Be sure to check Theresa's shop frequently - she is always adding something new.

And come join us in our sneak attack thread for lots of fun!

Here she is making her first 'market bag'. She can't wait to try another one.

Sandi's shop is filled with all things crochet - as well as charm supplies. Take advantage of great prices!

Meet Virginia

Virginia from MadeByHand is hosting our sneak attack today at 2pm. One of my favorite crocheters, Virginia just has to have a crochet hook in her hand!

Back in 2012 I decided to put a face to all of our hosts. Since we have a lot of new members now - perhaps you would like to see Virginia in action!! What a lovely blanket she is making. It might be one of her charity blankets or for a friend or family member. Whichever, she always does beautiful work.

While Virginia has her shop on vacation - don't hesitate to browse her sold items to see all of her creations!

And come join us in the sneak attack thread - see if you can figure out who Virginia's 'victims' will be.

Meet Charlie

Charlie from TearfulTenshi is hosting our sneak attack today at 2pm. One of our international members, Charlie loves to find unique and creative new Etsy shops for us to surprise.

When Charlie got ready to host her first time a couple of years ago, I asked her why she joined our team. She said:

I joined the Handmade Movement, just after being a victim to the infamous Sneak Attack, was the first time being out since my operation, I was out at the Korean Cultural Centre and really not feeling up to it and I got several e-mails with sales, which made me extremely excited and happy had no clue what the sneak attack in the message meant though!
When I eventually found out I instantly joined the movement as I truly believe its an amazing thing we all participate in and I want to help in every possible way.

Charlie is always coming up with the cutest cards - here's one of her latest, what a great way to say congratulations to friend or family member!

TearfulTenshi is a charity shop - find out what charities she supports and remember your purchase goes towards donations.

And come join us in our sneak attack thread to see what clues Charlies has for us today!!

Meet Genevieve

Genevieve from CrownlandCottage is hosting our sneak attack today at 3pm Etsy time.

Since many of her designs are influenced by a rustic European lifestyle, Genevieve says:

The rustic lifestyle reminds me to enjoy the simple moments and the serenity of my surroundings. It is a lifestyle that I sometimes yearn for in my hectic daily life. The joy of arranging a colorful bouquet, sipping my favorite tea, reading a book, taking a stroll in the countryside, or getting together with family and friends.

Whatever her inspiration, Genevieve loves working with fabric and you can tell by the gorgeous things in her shop.

Of course I love this.. can never have enough tote bags.

Be sure to visit Genevieve's shop often. There's always something 'new'.

And come join us in our sneak attack thread. Read Genevieve's story.

Meet our Treasury Gurus

Have you ever wondered about the images on the left hand side of the blog - under the heading - Sneaky Treasury Challenge Winners! 2015?

Each time we have a Sneak Attack, we challenge our members to see if they can figure out who the 'victims' will be, based on the clues provided by the host.

We have some very fine treasury creators, some new hands at it, some old, and each treasury is filled with the most wonderful new Etsy shops our creators have found. They may not have been the 'chosen' victims of the day, but each shop gets lots of exposure being in a treasury by having that treasury tweeted and posted on Facebook!

Now back to those images - notice anything interesting? The same images seem to be repeated a number of times for the month of March. Those are our Treasury Gurus. They tend to find at least one if not more of the 'victims' and as the creator of a 'winning' treasury, get to advertise their shop on the blog.

Our gurus from March 2015 are:

Theresa from KraftyGrannysHome
Virginia from madebyhand
Monika from TobisiasLilThing

Want to join these gals and learn how to do what they do? Just ask them - they will be delighted to 'share their secrets'!
